Pipe blanks

In addition to conventional methods of joining metal pipes (welding, threading), grooved couplings have become widely used. This type of connection allows pipelines for water supply and fire protection systems to be installed efficiently and in a short time. The absence of welding operations increases the safety of construction and installation works and reduces labor costs associated with highly skilled welders.

Focusing on advanced technologies, we have launched the production of fast-assembly (grooved) pipe blanks for fire protection and water supply systems. The production facility is equipped with modern European machinery and staffed by qualified personnel. Production capabilities allow the manufacture of blanks up to 300 mm in diameter and of any length. Additionally, drilling of holes in blanks can be performed upon request. For customer convenience, the facility includes a painting booth, which reduces the time required to paint pipelines on-site, thereby shortening the overall construction and installation schedule.
