Fire-Drop tanks with quick-assembly technology are modern bolted constructions designed for storing non-flammable liquids and bulk materials.

This innovative European manufacturing technology prevents direct contact between the metal walls and the stored substance, completely eliminating corrosion. The zinc coating on the exterior walls reliably protects the tank from atmospheric effects, significantly extending its service life.

Compact modular components can be packed into convenient crates on Euro pallets, simplifying transportation and allowing installation without heavy machinery.

  • Protection against environmental impact

    All tank components are made of galvanized steel, providing reliable protection against environmental influences and corrosion. Thanks to the zinc coating, the tanks not only look aesthetically pleasing but also have an extended service life. The zinc layer is applied in factory conditions using an electro-galvanizing process, with a coating thickness of up to 280 g/m².

  • Airtightness and leak-proofing

    The tank’s interior is lined with a durable polymer membrane, ensuring complete airtightness and leak-proofing for over 30 years. The stored liquid does not come into contact with the metal, preventing internal corrosion and guaranteeing many years of reliable operation.

  • Operation at low temperatures

    The tanks can be used in cold climates down to -60°C. Electric heaters of calculated capacity are installed inside the tank to maintain a positive temperature, while thermal insulation protects against freezing.

    Tank components are produced using high-precision equipment and undergo strict quality control. This ensures that all sheets and parts fit perfectly during assembly, maintaining the correct geometry of the structure. Painting in any RAL color is also carried out at the factory, ensuring a high-quality finish compared to on-site painting.

    We deliver tanks to any location in Russia using any type of transport. Metal structures are packed in standard containers and placed on standard pallets. Containers can be unloaded with a forklift. The compact size of the prefabricated components allows multiple tanks to be transported in a single vehicle, reducing transportation costs.

    Tank installation is carried out in accordance with the work execution plan, without the use of heavy lifting equipment and without performing hot or high-altitude work. This allows tanks to be installed at operational facilities. Assembly can also be carried out in confined spaces and indoor environments..

    Designed to equalize air pressure inside the tank, preventing excessive pressure and vacuum formation, and preventing foreign objects from entering thanks to a metal mesh installed inside the pipe

  • Fill unit

    Used to supply water into the tank and ensures stream break during filling

  • Communication unit

    Designed to transfer water from one tank to an adjacent tank

    Provides access to the manhole and maintenance of heating elements (HE)

    Used for draining the tank; connected to the suction line of the fire pump. Features an anti-vortex plate system that prevents liquid turbulence at maximum water intake speed

  • Fill unit

    The fill pipelines are made of polymer materials, which completely eliminates corrosion, and are located inside the tank, requiring no additional insulation. This contrasts with other manufacturers’ designs, where the fill pipeline is mounted on brackets outside the tank.

  • Control panel

    The automation and level control panel is equipped with a controller featuring a digital display, showing information about the stored liquid volume, temperature, and the status of the instruments.

  • Energy-saving heating element

    The energy-saving heating element features a built-in thermostat. The heating element is activated only when the liquid inside the tank reaches +5 oС.

  • Water intake unit

    The water intake unit might be made from polymer material, reducing stress on the tank wall and completely eliminating corrosion.

    Preparation and development with detailing

    Filling out and approving the inquiry form, which includes all technical specifications of the tank.

    Conclusion of the supply + installation agreement.

    Approval of the final drawing with the Customer;

    Preparation of the final drawing showing the placement of all units for subsequent connection to the external piping.

    Project implementation

    Manufacturing of the prefabricated tank at the factory.

    Simultaneous construction of the foundation slab for the tank, connection of power supply for the heating elements, and connection of the external piping;

    Once the tank is ready, it is shipped either to our warehouse in Moscow or directly to the Customer’s site (any region of Russia).

    Agreement on the start date of installation works, preparation of tools, etc.

    Installation works for assembling the tank.

    Launching

    Conducting tests including filling the tank with water, holding, and emptying.

    Refilling, commissioning, and handover to the Customer of operational instructions and product documentation.

    Each tank is a unique design, manufactured according to individual drawings, taking into account all conditions specified in the inquiry form.
