Manure collection tank
Fire-Drop tanks can be used in agriculture for convenient and cost-effective storage of non-flammable liquids, including manure. A manure storage tank is a type of prefabricated tank, usually of large capacity (5,000–20,000 cubic meters), with a large diameter and relatively low wall height. This type of tank has specific design requirements because manure is an aggressive medium. The walls are made of a glass-metal composite or sheets coated with epoxy resin. A distinguishing feature of these tanks is the absence of a PVC membrane.
During installation, a special mastic is used for sealing. Manure tanks are usually constructed without a roof due to their large diameter, or a soft polymer dome may be used. Drainage nozzles are installed in the walls for complete emptying, and filling is carried out via pipelines mounted above the walls. Tanks are also equipped with ladders and inspection platforms. Our company can handle the entire project cycle, from design and manufacturing to installation, testing, and commissioning. With Fire-Drop tanks, you can confidently ensure your facility’s fire safety - we never cut corners.
