Personal data processing agreement (DPA)
By providing their personal data, the User consents to the processing, storage, and use of their personal data in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, for the following purposes:
- Providing customer support
- Delivering marketing information to the User
- Conducting audits and other internal research aimed at improving the quality of services provided
Personal data refers to any information of a personal nature that allows identifying the User/Buyer, such as:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Postal address
Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing is necessary to comply with legal requirements.
The Company undertakes not to disclose obtained personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Upon requests from authorized governmental authorities of the Russian Federation, only on grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation
- To strategic partners who work with the Company to provide products and services, or to those assisting the Company in delivering products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary solely for the provision of the requested service or execution of the necessary transaction.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these rules, provided that the amendments do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes to these terms come into effect after their publication on the Website.
